1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Muskysend ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, funding your wallet, or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account and also ypu will be held responsible with whatever you use the account for. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or block any account that violates these terms or is used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Wallet & Payments

• Funds added to your wallet are held as credit for purchasing services on this platform.
• Deposits are made through the payment methods shown at checkout. Once a deposit is confirmed, the equivalent balance is added to your wallet.
• Wallet balance is for use on this platform only and is not a bank deposit, cannot earn interest, and is non-transferable between accounts.
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount using the correct payment details. We are not liable for funds sent to wrong accounts or networks.

4. Support Page Generation

• When you select a platform and pay the listed price, the amount is deducted from your wallet and one support page is generated for you.
• Each payment produces one generated page. Generating another page — whether a different platform or the same one again — requires a new payment.
• You are solely responsible for the chat code and any content you add to a generated page, and for how you use the page.

5. Marketplace

Items purchased from the marketplace are delivered as described on each listing. Prices and availability may change at any time. Once a digital item or service has been delivered, it is considered used.

6. Refunds

Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable once a page is generated or an item is delivered. If you are charged in error or a service fails to deliver due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will review your case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform or any page you generate to:

• Impersonate a real company, brand, or person in order to deceive others;
• Carry out phishing, fraud, scams, or collect people's credentials or payment details dishonestly;
• Distribute malware, or break any law that applies to you.

We may remove any page and suspend any account used for these purposes, without refund.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Parts of the service run on third-party hosting and payment providers, and we are not responsible for downtime, delays, or losses caused by those third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuskySend is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
